All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for a successful processing.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via the official EcoFlow Europe portal or email to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for your electronics.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the device in its original box with all cables, manuals, and protective foam to ensure the high-capacity batteries are safe during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technical team inspects the unit for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
